The customer service at Oakwood Prestige Cars was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more. I needed a quick turnaround with my new car and they worked through a Saturday to get it sorted in just 2 days. James was easily contactable, helped me sort the paperwork effortlessly and answered all my questions. All in all a great experience. A huge thank you to the team. I purchased a car from Oakwood 2 weeks ago and found the experience pleasurable and hassle free . A week in to ownership it became apparent that the sat nav would not pick up my location . One phone call later to Andy and James and the car was booked on for repair. A loan car was supplied and less than 24 hrs later my car was repaired and ready to go. Better than that it had also been cleaned again!

I will be returning in the future to change vehicles for sure and thoroughly recommend anyone to use this company.

My friend was looking for a car after her trusty one finally gave up! So she exactly what she wanted and after test driving a few the mission was on to find a blue or green mini. After searching sites we came across this little gem of car place. On the off chance we visited and even though on a busy Saturday morning, James was there to meet and greet and very friendly and attentive to all the customers there. He made sure he spoke and had time for all! Even manged to squeeze in a little test drive with us!.. we would never have known about this car place, all cars well looked after, cleaned for collection and perfect customer service! Would definitely recommend anyone to have a browse. A☆ and my friend collected her car today! Perfect

I purchased a Ford SMAX, the car was in great condition, as-new condition and freshly valeted. The process of buying was pressure free and straightforward. Andy helped us with the whole process, very friendly service and was an easy and hassle free transaction. The real test came when I had an issue with the thermostat housing it was leaking so I contacted Andy. He was very helpful, easy to get in touch with and kept us in the loop the whole time. The thermostat was replaced and the cost was covered. I have to say I was very impressed with the quick response and fast process of the payment to cover the cost. I can’t recommend them enough, would definitely purchase from them again. I would recommend Oakwood to anyone looking for a good quality car, thank you. A big shout out to Andy for all your help it was much appreciated.

I’ve waited a couple of months since I purchased my XE from Oakwood prior to posting this review, to ensure there were no issues. The car is outstanding, the service was brilliant and not pushy whatsoever. I have no idea what previous reviewer ‘Sue’ is talking about. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.
